Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said the Takbeer for prayer (Salaah), he used to raise his hands, and when He was about to bow, and when standing up after rukoo’, and when standing up after two units (Rakahs), He did the same (Rafa’ Yadain)
